Personal Information;
Currently post graduate student from Falmouth University studying in Press and Editorial Photography course after completing a Level 3 Diploma in Photography at Cornwall College, St Austell.
I have strong ambitions to push on towards the sports industry, I enjoy to work with large groups of people either as my colleagues or as my subjects. I have spent the vast majority of the last 7 years working on documentary and sports projects, I would like to apply these skills and really started to build upon them by getting the right and proper guidance from my peers. Enthusiastic and hardworking, I want to strive forwards throughout the working world and get to the top of my game.
I have also spent extensive time trying to build my social media portfolio by incorporating such platforms as Instagram and my website to showcase my latest work. I have since began to branch out with my freelance photography and have began to shoot weddings in my free time.

Relevant Experience;
Work placement- Plymouth Argyle, for a week I had a brief work placement at Plymouth Argyle, working within the office, working with community based projects and match day photography.
KFC- Team member- Customer service is key, maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring that each compliant or any displeasure is dealt with as soon as possible. Ensuring that your work station is kept clean and tidy to a high standard. Dealing with both stock counts and waste counts. Working within a large team and must be able to work independently as well. Quick and accurate food service, including preparation and packaging. [May 2014 – January 2017]
Truro Cash Brokers- Local Advertising - Working independently around Truro town center, informing people about the store and any additional information that is needed about the store. Friendly and helpful advice given to each customer. I went onto work on building up an online portfolio for the shop and opened up a Facebook page to allow customers to interact remotely with the shop. [May 2012 – September 2012, May 2013 – September 2013]
Tesco- Night Crew- Working within a large team stock rotating and filling various aisles across the store, new stock and back stock from the warehouse must be completed by the end of the night. You must assist any customers with any queries that they may whilst the store is open. Must have a strong knowledge of each aisle to keep up with the fast pace work load. [May 2017 – May 2019]
Devon Norse – Area Mobile Cleaner – Working independently on the day to day basis, I help out with cover cleans in locations such as; schools, libraries and health care centers. I operate industrial cleaning machines and have been fully trained up with them. I drive a company van and my area crosses from Truro all the way up to Exeter and I have to keep a report of each site to ensure everybody is following the guidelines. I have a full DPS certificate and took a RED van driving assessment before taking on the role. [June 2019 – August 2020]
British Telecoms – Retentions Advisor – full time telephone operator receiving inbound calls from BT customers with the sole aims to keep each and every customer at the company. We must be knowledgeable of our own business as well as the 40+ other broadband/telephone/mobile/television providers on the market. It’s a fast pace environment having to take calls one after another dealing with any queries including those such as; billing, technical issues, guidance on products, loss of service, debt management and complaints. I have also worked as a TSA (Team support assistant) for the new entrants teams to help learn the systems, offer guidance with difficult situations and customers, system errors and coaching.
